Disqualification and permanent ban — GTD Chagusta45
After reviewing the available audiovisual material, the race records and the driver's own subsequent statements, the administration of Nicolashes Racing League has determined the disqualification of GTD Chagusta45 from the Miami GP and his permanent ban from the NRL.
During the Miami GP, GTD Chagusta45 engaged in conduct incompatible with the league's sporting and community principles. It was established that:
• A deliberate collision against another competitor as retaliation for an earlier incident. • Unjustified blocking of the field during a Safety Car period, ignoring warnings from other drivers. • A subsequent admission that the manoeuvre against the other competitor was intentional. • A hostile and dismissive attitude toward several members of the grid, with no willingness to take responsibility for his actions.
The FIA NRL considers it especially serious for a driver to deliberately use their car to retaliate. Racing incidents may be reviewed through the established sporting channels; they never justify an intentional action that endangers others' competition.
DECISION 1. Disqualification of GTD Chagusta45 from the Pro Championship Miami GP. 2. Annulment of any points obtained by the driver at that event. 3. Permanent ban of GTD Chagusta45 from Nicolashes Racing League and its official competitions. 4. His Miami position is removed and the drivers classified behind move up one place for the official result and the championship.
The result previously obtained by GTD Chagusta45 at the Belgium Sprint Night stands, as it belongs to an already-completed event and this resolution carries no disqualification associated with it.
This measure seeks to protect competitive safety, respect among participants and the sporting integrity of the community. The resolution takes effect immediately and is final.
